Your Roofing Asset Management Program allows you to access your roof information via the web. Every report generated, whether it is a Technical Report or a Budget Forecasting Report, is available in a user friendly pdf format.
Information gathered during our Infrared Analysis and Visual Assessments is the basis for all reports created.

Executive Summary
The Executive Summary provides a quick overview of the information presented in the Technical Report.
Technical Report
This is a compilation of all of the information gathered during the Infrared Analysis and Visual Assessment including digital photographs. This report can be viewed in part or as a complete documents. The Technical Report also includes a Physical Condition Summary.
Our program allows us to assess individual components of each roof inspected. This will allow for an estimated value of your existing system as well as generating budget forecasts.
To this point, our efforts have been to prolong you roof's life cycle and to maintain the integrity of your roofing system. Unfortunately, all roofs do eventually need replacement. Budgeting reports allow for proper allocation of roof renovation monies.
Budgeting Reports
Budgeting forecasts will be generated for a period of one through ten-years and will include any applicable repair and/or replacement costs.
The Roofing Asset Management Program assesses the degradation of the roof and calculates the rate of failure and converts this information into easily understood figures designed to better utilize operations and maintenance budget funds. Certified Roofing Specialists will maintain up-to-date leak history for each roof section within a building complete with the location of each leak indicated on RoofCAD drawings.
Warranties are scanned and incorporated into our data base to provide the ability to easily locate and verify each roofing system's individual warranty status. All compiled information provides our clients with one of the most comprehensive management programs in the industry.

Roof Maintenance Contract
Roofing Maintenance Inspections will typically be performed in the spring and/or early summer of each calendar year. Winter can have devastating effects on even the newest of roofing systems.
Debris, plugged drains and ponding water are all conditions that happen over the winter and become apparent when the snow melts. Left unchecked, these items can lead to the premature failure of your roof systems. Certified Roofing Specialists will inspect these items for you.
Our roof maintenance contract will include annual minor maintenance repairs to the existing system that helps to prolong the life cycle of the roof and can prevent membrane damaging moisture from entering the system and migrating into the building.
24-Hour Emergency Leak Response
Our Roofing Asset Management Program will also include emergency leak response. If a roof leak is discovered, a Certified Roofing Specialists Representative will respond and make a temporary repair until a permanent remedy can be designed and implemented.
